This adorable 1958 stunner is getting a new main floor with a total kitchen rennovation, new wood floors to match existing and even a new basement bathroom.

This hilltop home has breathtaking lake views all the way to Canada!
The homeowners had a vision for their retirement retreat and we made it happen.
North of North
This project is still in the planning stage but we have captured the owners' vision of building an inclusive resort for interabled families.
Deep in the north woods of Minnesota and on a beautiful lake, they can both experience nature in the wilderness, and have a safe cozy retreat they can all enjoy, creating beautiful lifelong memories together.
Diamond in the Rough
This tiny fishing shack was part of an original resort dating back to the 1920's! She was moved on this site and is getting a new life (at 100 years old) as a cozy family cottage by the lake.
This project is special to me as we have sourced reclaimed materials (other than vital upgrades for safety) for the entire project.
Green in the Valley
This is our 'greenest' project yet. This sustainable 'carriage house' is just phase one of this project. The owner's want a modern carriage house for flexible business and personal use. Incorporating LEED cerfication, regenerative elements, all electric power via solar, gardens and a large greenhouse, stay tuned to see this gem in the St Croix Valley.
